Are your "Be Kind" Quote Cards provided with envelopes?
No. Our Be Kind cards are designed as keepsakes or tags, but we are looking to introduce envelopes very soon.
Are your products made in the United Kingdom?
Yes. Supporting local industry is vital to us - every product we sell is designed and produced in England, UK.
Can you write on the Be Kind cards?
Absolutely. The reverse side is uncoated, so you can easily write a personal message with any standard pen or biro.
What size are the 'Be Kind' cards?
Our standard quote cards are business-card sized (85mm x 55mm). They are designed to be the perfect "pocket-sized" dose of inspiration to keep in a wallet, phone case, or displayed on a desk.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class typically takes 2–4 working days.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or batch purchases?
Yes. We offer multi-buy discounts for quantities of 4 or more. Please contact the studio for a tailored quote.
Is wholesale available for all products?
Yes, we welcome wholesale enquiries for all items. Please note that seasonal collections are usually available for order 3 months in advance.
Can I send a gift directly to a friend?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. We ensure our packages are beautifully presented and never include pricing on the packing slip, making them perfect for direct gifting.
Is your packaging plastic-free?
Yes. We are committed to being kind to the planet. All our packaging is plastic-free and fully recyclable, so your gift arrives safely without the environmental cost. We cannot control what Royal Mail apply to the packaging.
What is "Carbon-Captured" paper?
It is a high-quality paper where the CO2 emissions from its production are offset by planting native woodlands right here in the UK. It’s our way of ensuring our products are as uplifting for the soul as they are for the earth.
